A few things I've finished up lately...

A pair of longies for a swap: The body is cream merino, the colorway is a beautiful handspun by Kristina of Underhill Crafts.







These longies are up for sale on Tuesday at Gillyweeds.

They were crocheted on Licorice Twist, dyed by Cristi of Creatively Ewe in her Chocolate Covered Strawberries colorway, with matching trim. The cuffs are simple lace.

Well, it's wahm I am, after all.

After much thought and prayer, I have decided that my family needs me around home for a little while longer. So I will still be doing home child care while working on Gillyweeds. Phew! Glad that's been decided. The waiting was suspence was killing me!

Some News...

Well, I really envisioned being able to post more about vacation knitting, but we were so busy, I didn't get much more done! So, I'll just post my fo's when they are done.

Some news, though. I may be going back to work outside the home full time again for the first time in 8 years. So Gillyweeds will be changing. I won't be stocking as much or as often, and I will likely be filling more custom orders, with less in stock.

I wish I could focus on my little business full time, but this work opportunity is too good to pass up and I will just have to see how it pans out.
