Shopper bag...
It's getting close to summer market season. These shoppers were very fun and fast, and hold a ton! Be looking for more of these coming up!

Anarchy Irony hat without the anarchy.
This was a free giveaway for facebook fans. It went to Melissa Stinebrink. It's crocheted on BFL in Sugarbubbie's Roller Derby colorway. It was a fast project, and turned out cute. From Debby Stoller's The Happy Hooker book.

Calling Cards
I've been loving making these lately. They are so fun to make and I love trying to come up with new looks. These are from Carolyn Gavin's "Greenhouse" collection of papers.

Pastels
So I've decided to try and blog a picture as often as I can. I've been really bad about this. I mean, it's not like I don't have free time, right?
Here's my latest yarn dying: pastels. I only did these because I had an eight ounce skein of Lion Fisherman's wool, and when I tried to unwind it on my swift so I could dye it, I kept coming across breaks in the yarn. I cut it every time I found a break, and this is what I ended up with.
The hanks were too small to dye into colorway, yet too big to turn into dryer balls, so I dyed some semi-solids. I like how they turned out, and they are stocked on Bella Tesori now. I think they'd make a really cute pair of stripey longies or a sweater!

Merge
Well, I tried to have a separate blog for my own personal stuff (mostly where I talk about my Catholic experiences, and my struggles), and then a "business" blog where I talk about crafting, and stocking, etc.
Too hard! Hello, I barely have time to shower some days, let alone work on two blogs and the projects with which to fill them. So, back to one.
Now and then, I may be throwing in a post about life as a Catholic mom of six. Watch out!

One for me this time!
Here's the hat I finally made for myself! It's a basic Chevron pattern I got from Ravelry, and I decided to do cream, so it would match everything for a long time. I love it!
